#245- 25.1' x 8.3' Walk Thru

Lineage:

At 21 degree transom deadrise this walk-thru 25' design kit with side dive door is a relatively deep Vee designed for a high speed patrol application. The boat pictured is the second of two, virtually identical, boats built by Viking Welding in 2007 and 2104 for the same municipal customer. Twin 225 hp outboards push it at roughly 55 mph.

The engine transom is built on a continuation of the hull bottom, but the topsides are relieved in this area for the purpose of tweaking trim and displacement and also for the purpose of offering a hybrid that could be offered as either a 23' or 25' boat. The hull is a natural fit for alternative applications and arrangements such as center console.
