#425 & #540, 24' x 8' Blunt Bow
Lineage:
The hulls pictured have been built by built by Viking Welding as fire/rescue boat and Reconcraft as a passenger boat, but variants of this design have been built by other builders- generally for utility work and oil boom deployment. The bow, chine and topsides are easily modified to a landing craft. Power has generally been single, transom mounted, 150 hp outboard though it can accommodate outboard brackets and a range of singles or twins.
